I found the hotel to be centrally located in the heart of Punda, which was convenient for exploring the city. However, the service was quite unsettling as I experienced an unexpected intrusion into my room demanding immediate payment. The rooms were basic and not as appealing as portrayed in the photos. Despite the location being a major plus, it barely made up for the overall inadequacies of the stay.
